A verdant haven in the heart of the Loire Valley castles
We are delighted to welcome you to our family estate, wooded and listed as a Historical Monument since 1947.
We are located in the heart of the city, close to the center of Tours with its museums, its opera house, its shops, its open-air cafes (15 minutes by tram), the Cher by bike and the Loire by bike (a few pedal strokes) and the castles....
We offer for rent: our 4-star rated cottage, which can accommodate up to 4 people, located in a separate building and open all year round. We also have a Tipi Tent under the Linden Trees , open seasonally, located at the far end of our grounds.
During the summer season (June to September), the rental provides shared access to the property's swimming pool, which is naturally heated thanks to its dome.

Frazelière Cottage
We welcome you to a 90m² detached house located on the family property. Our gîte has been rated 4 stars since 2026 and accommodates up to 4 people.
During the summer season (June to September), the rental includes shared access to the property's swimming pool.
Rentals are for a minimum of 2 nights during school holiday periods.
We can offer you additional services such as breakfast and meals.
Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Frazelière Cottage
We offer a unique overnight stay in a 4-meter diameter, two-person tipi tent nestled among the linden trees on our wooded family property. A picnic area with a table and bench is located next to the tent. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
As an option, we offer breakfast delivered to the foot of the tent.
In the heart of Joué-Lès-Tours, we are close to the center of Tours (20 minutes by tram), the Cher and Loire rivers by bike (just a few pedal strokes) and the castles....
A sanitary block with toilets and showers is available 50m from the tent.
During the summer season (June to September), the rental includes shared access to the property's swimming pool.

Options
Petit-Déjeuner
Breakfast is offered at €11 per person. It includes 1 pastry and 1 roll per person, butter (please specify if you prefer sweet or salted butter), jams (mostly homemade), hot drinks, and freshly squeezed orange juice.
savory option: ham/Emmental cheese/egg + €3
Breakfast must be ordered before 5pm the day before.
Household
We offer a cleaning service upon your departure. This is optional.
If you choose not to use this service, the cottage must be left in the same clean condition as you found it upon arrival. We insist on the shower glass being cleaned, the toilet being clean, and the floors being vacuumed and mopped.
Regardless of your choice (with or without cleaning option), beds must be unmade (except for mattress and pillow covers) and sheets and towels must be gathered in the bathroom.
