Nestled in a verdant setting in the heart of Joué-lès-Tours, our estate offers you the tranquility of the countryside with all the advantages of the city.
Ideally located for exploring the Loire Valley châteaux , we are just a short bike ride from the Loire à Vélo and Cher à Vélo cycling routes. Fancy a city break? The historic city center of Tours , with its museums, shops, and lively outdoor cafes, is only 20 minutes away by tram .
For your stay in Indre-et-Loire, we offer two unique experiences :
The Gîte de La Frazelière (4 stars): A fully equipped, detached 90 m² house, open year-round, ideal for up to 4 people (2 bedrooms). A true haven of comfort for families, couples, sports enthusiasts, motorcyclists, or groups of friends.
The Tipi Tent under the Linden Trees: Looking for something unusual? Treat yourself to our 4-meter diameter tipi tent for 2 people. Heated for cooler nights, it's ideally located at the far end of the park for a relaxing night immersed in nature. It features a private bathroom (shower and toilet) and a small kitchenette.
The little extras of your stay:
Pool : From June to September, enjoy shared access to the property's swimming pool, naturally heated under its dome.
Tailor-made services: Delicious breakfast options (sweet or full with homemade jams) delivered directly to your door. We can also prepare a meal or picnic basket for you, according to your preferences. An end-of-stay cleaning package is also available.
Themed packages: Sports enthusiasts, take advantage of our special "late hours" offers dedicated to local events such as the Ironman, triathlon, Marathon or the 10 and 20 km of Tours.

Manoir de la Frazelière | Charming 4-star rated cottage
We welcome you to a 90m² detached house located on the family property. Our gîte has been rated 4 stars since 2026 and accommodates up to 4 people.
During the summer season (June to September), the rental includes shared access to the property's swimming pool.
Rentals are for a minimum of 2 nights during school holiday periods.
We can offer you additional services such as breakfast and meals.
Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Frazelière Cottage
We offer you an unusual night in a 2-person Tipi Tent, 4m in diameter, located amidst the linden trees on our wooded family property. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
A space with a picnic table and bench is located right next to the tent, as well as a kitchen area with a stove and dishes for 2.
As an option, we offer breakfast delivered to the foot of the tent.
In the heart of Joué-Lès-Tours, we are close to the center of Tours (20 minutes by tram), the Cher and Loire rivers by bike (just a few pedal strokes) and the castles....
A sanitary block with toilets and showers is available 50m from the tent.

Sweet breakfast
Sweet breakfast
A full breakfast is offered at €15 per person. It includes 1 pastry and 1 roll per person or 1/2 baguette, butter (please specify if you prefer sweet or salted butter), jams (mostly homemade), hot drinks, and freshly squeezed orange juice.
+ Choice 1: 1 yogurt, 1 slice of cooked ham and 1 slice of Emmental cheese.
or Choice 2: 1 yogurt, 2 slices of grilled bacon and scrambled eggs.
Breakfast must be ordered before 5pm the day before.
Household
We offer a cleaning service upon your departure. This is optional.
If you choose not to use this service, the cottage must be left in the same clean condition as you found it upon arrival. We insist on the shower glass being cleaned, the toilet being clean, and the floors being vacuumed and mopped.
Regardless of your choice (with or without cleaning option), beds must be unmade (except for mattress and pillow covers) and sheets and towels must be gathered in the bathroom.
