Frazelière Cottage
A verdant haven in the heart of the Loire Valley castles
We welcome you to a 90m² detached house located on our family's wooded property, a listed historical monument since 1947. We are situated in the heart of Tours, close to the city center with its museums, opera house, shops, and riverside cafes (15 minutes by tram), the Cher and Loire rivers (just a short bike ride away), and castles. Our fully equipped cottage accommodates up to 4 people. The cottage is not wheelchair accessible.
During the warmer months (June to September), the rental includes shared access to the property's swimming pool. To allow for more private use, the schedule will be discussed upon your arrival.
Rentals are for a minimum of 2 nights during school holiday periods.
The accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users.

We offer you an unusual night in a 2-person tipi tent, 4m in diameter, located in the middle of the linden trees on our wooded family property. Sheets are provided.
In the heart of Joué-Lès-Tours, we are close to the center of Tours (20 minutes by tram), the Cher and Loire rivers by bike (just a few pedal strokes) and the castles....
A sanitary block with toilets and showers is available 50m from the tent.
During the summer season (June to September), the rental includes shared access to the property's swimming pool.

Options
Household
We offer a cleaning service upon your departure. This is optional.
If you choose not to use this service, the cottage must be left in the same clean condition as you found it upon arrival. We insist on the shower glass being cleaned, the toilet being clean, and the floors being vacuumed and mopped.
Regardless of your choice (with or without cleaning option), beds must be unmade (except for mattress and pillow covers) and sheets and towels must be gathered in the bathroom.
Petit-Déjeuner
Breakfast is offered at €11 per person. It includes 1 pastry and 1 roll per person, butter (please specify if you prefer sweet or salted butter), jams (mostly homemade), hot drinks, and freshly squeezed orange juice.
savory option: ham/Emmental cheese/egg + €3
Breakfast must be ordered before 5pm the day before.
